Assistant Swim Team Coach
About The Position
Brookside Country Club is seeking an Assistant Swim Coach for the 2027 season. The Assistant Coach should be an experienced swim coach knowledgeable about all aspects of team operations. The ideal candidate will have prior coaching experience and the ability to effectively support swimmers of all ages and skill levels. They should be familiar with running and managing a swim meet, and have working knowledge of SwimTopia and Meet Maestro, including meet setup and management. A willingness to adapt to SwimTopia and Meet Maestro is also expected, along with working knowledge of Team Manager and Meet Manager. Responsibilities include sending clear, timely weekly emails to swimmers and families with team updates and important information, being responsive to text messages and other team communications in a timely and professional manner, and working collaboratively with the Head Coach, coaching staff, and team leadership to ensure a positive and organized swim season.
Requirements
- Prior coaching experience.
- Familiarity with running and managing a swim meet.
- Working knowledge of SwimTopia and Meet Maestro, including meet setup and management.
- Working knowledge of Team Manager and Meet Manager.
