About The Position

This role is responsible for assisting in coaching swim practices and meets, ensuring the safety of swimmers by enforcing facility rules and adhering to coaching standards. The position requires the ability to plan and conduct swim practices, maintain accurate reports, and possess excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with colleagues, parents, and team members.

Requirements

• Must be able to demonstrate all competitive swimming skills
• Skilled in planning and conducting swim practices
• Ability to maintain timely and accurate reports
• Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively work and communicate with co-workers, parents and team members
• Ability to coach evening hours two practices a week and coach meets on some Saturdays.

Nice To Haves

• Prior coaching experience recommended but not necessary.
