About The Position

BCI, a leader in the women's fashion industry since 1975, is seeking an Assistant Sweater Designer to join their fast-paced sweater team. With a multi-brand platform including CeCe, Vince Camuto, Ted Baker, 1.State, and Parker, BCI is dedicated to innovation, excellence, and women's empowerment through fashion. This role requires a strong understanding of sweater construction, gauge, and yarn, along with excellent communication skills for working with overseas factories.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Fashion Design required
• Min 2+ years in sweater design experience mandatory
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop / Microsoft Excel / Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of sweater construction, GG, and yarn is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop and working between Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong sketching ability and CAD on illustrator
