To provide day to day supervision and leadership to the Ridley Feed Ingredients production staff, ensuring policies and procedures are followed.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 3-5 years experience
  • Solid computer skills
  • Be able to routinely lift up to 55 lbs. throughout the shift.
  • Must be able to perform the functions of the job while exposed to various weather and environmental conditions.
  • Must be able to perform basic math operations: add, subtract, multiply, divide.
  • Must be able to comprehend, read, write and speak the English language.
  • Must be physically active and mobile throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

  • Stage and ship outbound loads ensuring customer quality expectations are met while minimizing shipment shortages.
  • Print outbound BOL’s prior to shipment inspecting each load for accuracy prior to loading trucks.
  • Inspect inbound loads ensuring products are in good condition and meet RFI’s quality standards.
  • Enter damaged product and non-conformances into the RFI NCR database.
  • Enter maintenance requests in MaintainX.
  • Scan inbound receipts to a networked shared drive.
  • Document, report, and work with supply chain on PO discrepancies.
  • Coordinate ingredient moves to the manufacturing facility with the administrative assistant and transfers to the distribution center through customer service.
  • Assist with reporting, investigating, and resolving customer complaints.
  • Learn and utilize D365 and the warehouse app at an expert level learning how to track inventory transactions.
  • Manage inbound/outbound dock appointments through OpenDock and ensure trucks are loaded/unloaded in a timely manner.
  • Ensure cycle counts are completed in a timely manner.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and supplies.
  • Participate and provide safety training.
