The Assistant Supervisor provides direct care, supervision, and support to children and adolescents residing in the agency’s Children’s Crisis Residence, AnchorPoint. This short-term, therapeutic program serves youth experiencing emotional or behavioral crises, offering stabilization and skill development in a safe, structured, and trauma-informed environment. The Assistant Supervisor assumes leadership responsibilities in the unit as assigned by the program Supervisor. The Assistant Supervisor interfaces with the youth and the youth counselors, and carries out agency programming when on shift. The Assistant Supervisor acts in place of the Supervisor in their absence, and carries out duties such as scheduling, timesheets, as well interacting with department heads as needed to facilitate activities within the programmatic milieu.
