Trystar’s team members are our most important asset, we are in search of an Assistant Supervisor - Cable, for our Faribault, MN facility. This position plays a critical role in achieving our strategic objectives. Trystar’s Assistant Supervisor - Cable position is an important part of Trystar’s plan to become the world’s foremost custom solution provider. Under the direction of the Production Supervisor, Assistant Supervisor - Cable is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of a team in a manufacturing environment. In this role you will get to lead a team of production associates to execute production, improve and implement effective manufacturing processes, utilize concepts of lean & 6 sigma to drive a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement, while working to achieve key performance metrics and meet/exceed customer expectations.
