Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 4 years of progressive experience in construction site management.
- Associate's degree and 6 years of progressive experience in construction site management.
- GED and 8 years of progressive experience in construction site management.
- Advanced knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and cost accounting.
- Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Procore experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Uphold and promote the corporate culture and values.
- Work alongside the Project Superintendent and contractors to resolve construction challenges.
- Accurately interpret plans and guide subcontractors to ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
- Oversee subcontractors, conduct investigations, and maintain a safe, organized job site.
- Foster a cohesive workforce through strong leadership and effective communication.
