About The Position

The Assistant Superintendent supports Team Wilson’s field operations by working directly with superintendents to keep projects on schedule and running efficiently. This role helps source and deliver materials, conduct job site visits, and support day-to-day field operations. It is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for someone who is dependable, resourceful, and thrives in a construction environment.

Requirements

Construction, trades, or field support experience preferred.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
Strong organization and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Professional communication skills with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
Familiarity with construction materials, trade sequencing, and job site operations preferred.
Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

Support superintendents with daily field operations and project coordination across active job sites.
Procure, pick up, and deliver materials, supplies, and equipment accurately and on time.
Conduct job site visits to assess conditions, access points, and upcoming material or logistical needs; communicate findings to the superintendent or project manager.
Maintain records of purchases, receipts, and material deliveries according to company standards.
Assist with quality control checks and punch list completion under superintendent guidance.
Represent Team Wilson professionally with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and adjusters in the field.
Handle miscellaneous field duties, errands, and logistical support to keep projects moving.
Participate in after-hours or on-call support when needed for emergency or time-sensitive projects.
