About The Position

Performs repairs and preventative maintenance duties, and ensures that the building is maintained in a clean, attractive and safe condition. Responds to emergency building maintenance and security requests.

Requirements

• High school completed with relevant course
• Minimum 1 year of related experience, preferably in building maintenance
• Knowledge of legislations and relevant procedures regarding building standards, fire and safety
• Some knowledge of preventive maintenance programs for building systems and ground maintenance
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Satisfactory Police Reference Check (with vulnerable sector screen) Result
• Good oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese

• Experience working with seniors is an asset
