Requirements

Experience supporting complex, full‑cycle construction projects.
Demonstrated success in championing safety as an onsite leader.
Experience in assisting with managing projects from day one through project completion.
Demonstrated success in assisting with the creation and execution of project planning and scheduling.
Ability to thoroughly review, interpret, and clearly communicate construction documents, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and scopes of work.
Experience assisting with leading project teams through strong relationships.
Ability to build trust with owners, trade partners, and internal teams to drive collaboration, accountability, and successful outcomes.
Ability to effectively leverage construction management platforms such as Procore.

Responsibilities

Championed Safety as an onsite leader on a consistent basis.
Assisting with managing projects from day one through project completion.
Assisting with the creation and execution of project planning and scheduling.
Thoroughly review, interpret, and clearly communicate construction documents, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and scopes of work, to ensure accurate execution, alignment across teams, and successful project delivery.
Leading project teams through strong relationships, serving as a field leader who builds trust with owners, trade partners, and internal teams to drive collaboration, accountability, and successful outcomes.
Effectively leverage construction management platforms such as Procore to streamline jobsite communication, coordinate daily activities, manage documentation, and support efficient project execution.
