This position is for an Assistant Superintendent who will help manage on-site duties with other Superintendents. Requirements
- Verification of employment to work in the U.S.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test and subsequent random and post-accident drug and alcohol testing
- Successful completion of union-required training programs, or equivalent
- Problem-solving abilities
- Valid documentation
- Show leadership skills
- Ability to make sound decisions
- Must be able to remain calm during stressful situations and work through any challenges or issues that may arise
- Must be able to know when to ask for help when a job task exceeds their skills or abilities
