Stylecraft is seeking a motivated, hands-on Assistant Superintendent to join their team. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (or Technical Degree in Construction)
• 6 months–1 year of related experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (travel between communities required)
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Help deliver a great customer experience throughout the build process
• Learn and follow construction processes, procedures, and quality standards
• Support Superintendents with daily jobsite activities
• Maintain jobsite cleanliness and organization
• Assist with inspecting work and ensuring quality standards are met
