About The Position
Walsh is seeking an Assistant Project Superintendent for its Building Division in Dallas, Texas. The role supports the superintendent and project staff in overseeing construction work, coordinating crews, and maintaining safe, productive, high-quality project execution. The position includes leading and motivating the team through work phases, supporting safety planning and regulatory compliance, and coordinating engineering and layout needs. Specific roles may require relocation.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- At least 4 years of experience.

- Basic computer skills are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist the superintendent and other project staff.
- Maintain accurate and efficient scheduling of crews.
- Observe work operations and recommend advancements to ensure work is productive, safe, and of the highest quality.
- Lead and motivate the team to complete all phases of work.
- Provide general oversight of the crew’s safety planning and ensure it is completed.
- Assist the project management team in ensuring compliance with city, state, and federal legal and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate and communicate engineering and layout needs in a timely manner.
