This position is site-based in the Santa Rosa area.

Requirements

5 years minimum as an Assistant Superintendent or 10 years minimum as a Foreman
Ground-up builds, small to medium-size projects.
Structural steel, concrete, and site work.
Multifamily residence.
Must have valid CA driver’s license
Must be able to travel throughout Northern California as projects demand.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite necessary.
Strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in project supervision, and a keen eye for detail are essential.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently is required.

Nice To Haves

Experience with project management software preferred (e.g., ProCore, MS Project).

Responsibilities

Overall project supervision, safety, and critical path.
Assisting in project planning, scheduling, and execution.
Coordinating between project stakeholders, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project objectives are met.
Managing project documentation, including plans, reports, photos, and compliance documents.
Supporting the project manager and/or site superintendent in procurement and quality assurance efforts.
Participating in site inspections and project meetings to ensure adherence to safety and project specifications.
