About The Position

This is an ideal position for someone interested in e-commerce and fashion. The Assistant Stylist works closely with the styling team to ensure all samples are prepped, processed, and organized prior to each shoot day. In addition to styling support, this role assumes responsibility for key sample operations tasks to keep the studio running smoothly from intake through post-production.

Responsibilities

Pull, scan, and stage samples for production in appropriate studio locations.
Identify sample PO errors and communicate issues to the producer and stylist.
Receive, sign for, and sort deliveries to standard.
Steam and prep women's and men's clothing and accessories to ensure each product is ready for the set day.
Shepherd and care for samples throughout the photo process, maintaining vendor packaging, SKU tags, and apparel tags.
Assist with all aspects of location shoots. Prepping samples, loading the van, managing garments on set, manning the changing tent, and ensuring all samples are accounted for at wrap.
Repackage samples after production (re-attaching tags, folding, and placing in polybags).
Prepare sample shipments for return to the KY Studio.
Train in new processes as needed to maximize workflow.
