The Assistant Studio Manager (ASM) works as a partner to the Studio Manager, forming a duo that ensures the smooth operation of the studio. The role involves knowing the studio's operations and members well, stepping in when the manager is unavailable, balancing strengths, and working towards achieving goals. The ASM represents the Orangetheory brand and shares the science behind the workout. This position can serve as a stepping stone for a management career or as a long-term role within the company. The work environment is described as passionate and collaborative, with opportunities to learn all aspects of the business, potentially leading to becoming a Franchisee or Business Owner.
