About The Position
The Assistant Studio Manager (ASM) works as a partner with the Studio Manager, forming a duo that ensures the smooth operation of the Orangetheory studio. The role involves understanding studio operations and member needs, stepping in when the manager is unavailable, balancing strengths within the management team, and working towards achieving and surpassing goals. The position offers the opportunity to learn all aspects of the business, with potential for future growth into franchisee or business owner roles. The daily work involves representing the Orangetheory brand and promoting the science behind the workout. The role is described as dynamic, with the potential for a long-term career or as a stepping stone in management.
Requirements
- Knowledge of studio operations and member names.
- Ability to step in when the manager is out.
- Ability to balance strengths with the manager.
- Ability to set and surpass goals.
- Compensation: $21.00 per hour
