• Help lead daily studio operations alongside the Studio Manager
• Drive membership growth, retention, and revenue
• Coach and motivate a high-performing sales team
• Own key metrics (sales, conversion, utilization, member experience)
• Ensure every member walks out feeling stronger than when they walked in
• Step up and lead when needed — this is a true leadership bench role
