About The Position

This role is for an Assistant Studio Manager (ASM) at Orangetheory, working as a key partner to the Studio Manager. The ASM is expected to be a reliable support, understanding the studio's operations as well as the members. This position involves stepping in when the manager is absent, balancing strengths with the manager, and working towards shared goals. The role offers the chance to learn all aspects of the business with potential future opportunities such as becoming a Franchisee or Business Owner. The daily work involves representing the Orangetheory brand and promoting the science behind the workout.
