About The Position

Restore Hyper Wellness San Antonio is looking for an experienced, high-energy Assistant Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be a proven leader in the health, fitness, beauty, retail, and/or customer service fields, who enjoys a fast-paced, fun, and social environment where customers are truly helped. The Assistant Studio Manager will play an integral role in cultivating and maintaining the Restore culture, assisting the General Manager with a wide range of store operations including customer service, health and wellness education, sales, and marketing initiatives. This role offers a chance to join Restore on a mission to help people do more of what they love through innovative, science-backed wellness services.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with their wellness goals related to sports performance, recovery, pain management, beauty and general health
  • Lead Membership conversion and sales efforts, including lead consultations and client journey follow-up communications
  • Track and report on key sales metrics, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Deliver a superior customer experience and ensure the team does the same
  • Assist with the development and implementation of sales and marketing campaigns and work to generate leads
  • Take a leadership role in the store and step in for the General Manager to assist with client and staff-related issues when needed
  • Meet the community’s top athletes and fitness enthusiasts at local events and generate interest and excitement in Restore’s wellness services
  • Build Community partnerships, identify, and execute events
