About The Position
At Orangetheory Fitness Colorado Springs, our mission is to create More Life through fitness, coaching, and community. We’re looking for a motivated, people-first Assistant Studio Manager to help lead our Highlands studio and play a key role in delivering an exceptional member and team experience. This is a growth-oriented leadership role with a clear path to Studio Manager for the right individual.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a culture carrier and role model for the studio
- Support daily studio operations and deliver a best-in-class member experience
- Lead with energy, integrity, and accountability in alignment with our values
- Coach, support, and motivate the front desk and sales team
- Assist with membership sales, retention, and community outreach
- Help execute marketing initiatives, studio events, and local partnerships
- Support scheduling, payroll accuracy, and operational excellence
- Model professionalism, positivity, and a “Win the Day” mindset
