About The Position

The Assistant Studio Manager (ASM) works as a partner with the Studio Manager, forming a duo that ensures the smooth operation of the studio. The role involves understanding studio operations, knowing members by name, stepping in for the manager when needed, and collaboratively setting and achieving goals. The ASM represents the Orangetheory brand, sharing the science behind the workout and contributing to a positive and enthusiastic environment. This position can serve as a stepping stone for career advancement in management or as a long-term role. The job offers a unique opportunity to learn all aspects of the business, with the potential to become a Franchisee or Business Owner. Every day is different, but the core function is to embody the Orangetheory brand and its science-based workout.

Requirements

• Ability to work as part of a duo, balancing strengths with the Studio Manager.
• Familiarity with studio operations and member names.
• Willingness to step in when the manager is unavailable.
• Goal-oriented mindset.
• Passion for the Orangetheory workout and its science.
• Desire to learn all aspects of the business.
• Ability to work in a passionate, collaborative environment.
• Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
