About The Position

The Assistant Studio Manager (ASM) works as a partner to the Studio Manager, forming a duo that ensures the smooth operation of the Orangetheory studio. The role involves knowing the studio's operations and members well, stepping in when the manager is unavailable, balancing strengths, and working towards shared goals. The ASM represents the Orangetheory brand and promotes the science behind the workout. This position can serve as a stepping stone for a management career or as a long-term role within the company, offering a passionate and collaborative work environment.
