About The Position

The Assistant Studio Manager (ASM) works as a partner to the Studio Manager, forming a duo that ensures the smooth operation of the studio. The role involves understanding studio operations, knowing members by name, stepping in for the manager when needed, and working collaboratively to achieve goals. This position offers the opportunity to learn all aspects of the business, with potential pathways to becoming a Franchisee or Business Owner. The role requires representing the Orangetheory brand and sharing the science behind the workout. The work environment is described as passionate and collaborative, with a focus on helping members live longer, more vibrant lives.

• Ability to learn the ropes as well as know members' names.
• Ability to step in when the manager steps out.
• Ability to balance strengths with the Studio Manager.
