About The Position
The Assistant Studio Manager (ASM) works as a partner with the Studio Manager, forming a strong team to ensure the smooth operation of the Orangetheory studio. The role involves knowing the studio's operations, stepping in when the manager is unavailable, balancing strengths, and working towards shared goals. The ASM represents the Orangetheory brand, shares the science behind the workout, and contributes to a positive and enthusiastic studio environment. This position can serve as a stepping stone for a management career or a long-term role within the company.
