About The Position

Orangetheory is seeking a Senior Assistant Studio Manager to join their team. This role is a key leadership position responsible for ensuring operational excellence, driving membership growth, and fostering an exceptional studio culture. The Assistant Studio Manager will work alongside the Studio Manager to create an environment where both the team and members thrive. This is a high-impact leadership role with growth potential within a community built on energy, passion, and science-backed workouts.

Requirements

Proven leadership experience in fitness, retail, or sales-driven environments.
Strong communication and strategic thinking skills with a leadership mindset.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy setting.
Passion for fitness and helping people achieve their goals.
Experience in sales, marketing, lead generation, and customer engagement.
Demonstrated ability to develop and mentor teams, fostering a culture of success.
Availability for flexible “retail” hours, including weekends and evenings.
Monday - Friday 12:00pm-8:15pm
2 Weekends per month

Responsibilities

Lead alongside the Studio Manager to optimize studio performance, engagement, and operations.
Oversee and drive sales initiatives, mentoring the team to exceed revenue goals.
Enhance studio operations by ensuring a seamless, high-energy, and safe environment.
Develop and coach team members, fostering a culture of excellence and professional growth.
Build and maintain strong member relationships, driving engagement and retention.
Manage studio technology and daily operations to ensure efficiency.
Strategize and implement new business initiatives to drive studio success.
Inspire referrals and grow membership by delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Take on additional leadership responsibilities and contribute to the long-term success of the studio.
