About The Position

Perspire Austin Southwest has been open and thriving since August 2023. The owners wish to concentrate on expanding to new studios and want to hand off day-to-day operations to an Assistant Studio Manager. Our Assistant Studio Manager will set a positive tone for our team and ensure we meet our goals for customer service and sales. The Assistant Studio Manager helps guarantee guests have a relaxing and consistent experience during every visit. They are highly motivated to sell, maintain customer relationships, and foster a positive working environment for the team. Time Commitment: This is an hourly position and the Assistant Studio Manager is expected to work as many as 30-35 hours per week with at the studio. Weekend shifts are needed at least twice per month. (Read: it is not quite a full-time job but we want at least 30 hours/ week). Studio Hours: Mon-Th (7am-9pm); Fri (7am-7pm); Sat-Sun (8am-7pm) Job Location: Perspire Sauna Studio Austin Southwest 4404 W William Cannon Dr Suite C, Austin, TX 78749 (near Gold's Gym, Yanagi Japanese Restaurant, and Cypress Grill)

Requirements

• Mindbody Software experience is a plus!
• Fitness Manager, Spa Manager, Assistant Manager, and Gym Sales experience may make you a great fit.

Responsibilities

• Hire and maintain productive and reliable team by cultivating relationships and leading by example
• Maintain strong Membership Sales (measured by conversion percentage and revenue goals.)
• Ensure guests receive hospitable, consistent, accessible and courteous service.
• Assist with social media marketing and local B2B opportunities.
