About The Position
Oryana Community Co-op is looking to fill two new roles for Assistant Store Operations Manager, one for each of their store locations: Oryana Tenth Street and Oryana West. This role supports Oryana by providing oversight of all aspects of daily store operations in the absence of the Store Operations Manager, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The Assistant Store Operations Manager also works to achieve the goals, objectives, and standards in alignment with the co-op’s mission and supports the goals and strategies of the CEO.

Responsibilities
- Provide oversight of all aspects of daily store operations in the absence of the Store Operations Manager.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience is provided.
- Work to achieve the goals, objectives, and standards in alignment with the co-op’s mission.
- Support the goals and strategies of the CEO.
