Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in delivering a seamless customer journey from eye test to frame selection and dispense.
  • Assist the Store Manager with daily team leadership and driving strong team performance.
  • Take full ownership of the store two days a week.
  • Ensure the appointment book runs smoothly and every customer interaction is easy and enjoyable.
  • Coach and support the team to deliver great service.
