The role involves all phases of operation, including leasing storage and parking, managing a team, assisting with maintenance, supervising on-site projects, and maintaining tenant relationships. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and adept at problem-solving.

Requirements

Must have reliable transportation, a valid Driver’s License, and current auto insurance
