As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll be a key leader in our day-to-day operations; serving customers, supporting and leading your team, and helping carry forward over 100 years of community trust. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to drive performance, develop staff, and create a store experience our neighbors can count on. This role is for someone who's outgoing, people-driven, and genuinely excited about what great customer service looks like. You'll work alongside the Store Manager to run day to day operations, coach and grow your team, and serve customers who've been coming to us for generations.
