As an Assistant Store Manager at Swarovski, you will be a brand advocate, supporting a positive work environment, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving commercial results. You will coach and empower your team, act as a role model, and help shape the store’s success every day. You will act as a role model, delivering outstanding customer service and brand experience, coach, motivate, and onboard team members to maximize performance, support recruitment, talent development, and employee relations, drive sales and support monthly plans and targets, and oversee store operations, including inventory, cash handling, and compliance. You will also step in for the Store Manager as needed.
