Requirements

4+ years in big‑box or specialty retail, with 2+ years in a supervisory or advanced associate role.
You understand smartphones, wearables, and connected ecosystems—and can convey their value to customers.
You’re an exceptional communicator and mentor, adept at motivating teams to exceed expectations.
You leverage data to guide decisions and take swift action to capitalize on opportunities.

Responsibilities

Champion a revenue-driven environment by leading SFL/MOD roles and modeling personal sales performance.
Partner with the Store Manager to hit sales targets, analyze performance metrics, and implement action plans that drive growth.
Execute immersive demos, workshops, and promotional events—ensuring every customer leaves informed, delighted, and inspired.
Mentor Brand Ambassadors through real-time feedback, training, and recognition programs that build capability and confidence.
Lead the sales floor during peak hours, ensuring smooth customer flow, team alignment, and operational compliance.
Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and scheduling associates—maintaining optimal coverage and a culture of accountability.
Work closely with Store Technology, Repairs, Visual Merchandising, and Corporate Support to ensure seamless store operations and SOP compliance.
Execute all opening and closing tasks and work required hours during holidays, launches, and other peak seasons.
