We’re seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team to help with store operations, customer service and team development. This role involves assisting with store functions, day-to-day activities, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The Assistant Store Manager will also be responsible for organizing merchandise, maintaining promotional displays, processing corporate directives, and assisting with various administrative tasks such as ordering, record keeping, and loss prevention. A key aspect of the role is maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store, including the sales floor and stockroom, to company standards, and protecting company assets. The Assistant Store Manager will also play a role in supervising, training, and developing Store Associates, fostering a positive, safe, and respectful environment. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
