Chatters is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join their growing team at the Chatters Park Royal Shopping Centre Salon in West Vancouver. This role involves being a product expert, driving sales, building relationships with customers and team members, and ensuring the salon is well-maintained and stocked. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about beauty, has leadership experience, and excels in customer service and team motivation.

Requirements

Enthusiasm for beauty products and industry.
At least 1 year of experience in a retail leadership role.
Experience in customer service, sales, or retail industry.
Ability to build rapport with guests and team members, understanding that "the Experience is Everything".
Positive, outgoing, upbeat, and driven to succeed.
Ability to provide exceptional guest experience at every interaction and build customer loyalty.
Ability to coach and motivate a team to achieve success.

Responsibilities

Present and promote beauty products at the customer level.
Ensure customers leave happy with recommendations.
Utilize top-notch communication skills and an outgoing, positive attitude to engage customers.
Handle challenging sales situations.
Achieve sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment for guests and beauty consultants.
Coach and train the sales team to achieve store sales targets.
Maintain a sparkling clean, well-stocked, and merchandised salon according to Chatters’ standards.
