About The Position

The Assistant Store Manager supports all aspects of operations at ERIK'S, working in close partnership with the Store Manager to ensure operational excellence, exceptional customer experiences, and high-performing staff.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in ensuring entire Store Staff are operating on ERIK'S Rails
• Support Store Manager to ensure all customers receive the highest level of service. HTP.
• Support Store Manager in all aspects of store operations
• Remain flexible to meet both customer and store needs, stepping in to support wherever needed to drive the overall success of the business.
