About The Position

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in leading daily dispensary operations while creating a positive guest experience. This role assists with team leadership, inventory management, compliance, and sales performance to help drive overall store success.

Requirements

• 1+ year of retail management or leadership experience required.
• Leadership background with experience coaching and developing teams.
• Strong customer service, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Must be 21+ and possess (or be able to obtain) a Facility Agent Card

Nice To Haves

• Cannabis retail experience preferred.
• Experience with sales performance and inventory management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with training, developing, and supporting up to 25+ team members while promoting accountability and teamwork.
• Supporting sales growth through product knowledge, guest engagement, and coaching expected sales metrics.
• Assisting with inventory accuracy by reducing product shrinkage, monitoring aging inventory, and supporting inventory counts and sell-throughs.
• Understanding Missouri compliance requirements to confidently support state inspections and reduce deficiencies.
