About The Position
Earthbound Trading Company is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee all day-to-day operations of the store. This role requires a strong sales background, supervisory experience, and the ability to lead with efficiency and inspiration.
Requirements
- Must be a great salesperson with experience in supervision.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Must have dependable transportation.
- Possess a personality that supports efficiency, inspirational leadership qualities, and a can-do attitude.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the sales floor is properly merchandised with freight to the floor within 48 hours.
- Perform inventory control and banking responsibilities.
- Manage the store in the manager's absence.
