About The Position

This role involves leading store operations at an AT&T retail location, partnering with a store manager to oversee daily activities. The Assistant Store Manager will assist with merchandising, product launches, and achieving sales objectives, ensuring customers receive an extraordinary experience. The role also includes performing outreach and promotional activities, potentially including off-site events. The company provides paid training to support leadership success and involves coaching a team of retail sales consultants to meet sales and service goals.

Requirements

  • Speak Spanish and English
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
  • Prior management experience
  • Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems
  • The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls
  • Strategic perspective
  • Professional expertise to solve problems and analyze issues
