We’re hiring an Assistant Store Manager who thrives on customer service, team leadership, and operational excellence. Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service experience with a strong record of account management and customer satisfaction
  • Experience in inventory management, basic accounting, and branch operations
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based tools
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

Nice To Haves

  • Industry experience in construction supply, tools, or industrial distribution preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support front-end operations, including managing the counter sales team to drive add-on sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Coach and develop the inside sales support team to improve efficiency and effectiveness in showroom and will-call activities
  • Boost showroom performance by executing promotions, specials, and merchandising initiatives
  • Help grow monthly will-call business through proactive customer engagement and service excellence
  • Support administrative functions such as inventory control, sales support, and general branch operations
  • Assist with maintaining branch organization, customer satisfaction, and operational consistency
