About The Position

Join the LEGO® Brand Retail team as an Assistant Store Manager at Toronto Eaton Centre, Toronto, Ontario, Canada and ensure our Brand, Vision, and Values are exemplified in all store operations and guest interactions. You and your team will determine our brand’s reputation with each guest interaction. Requirements

Management experience in a retail environment
Experience with Point of Sale systems, computer proficiency
Experience with Loss prevention and cash management
Experience with Recruitment, training and performance management
Experience with Scheduling and payroll management
Experience with Space management and visual merchandising expertise
Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours.
May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
Vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Involves lifting at least 30 lbs.
Must have full availability to work 40 hours per week

Recruit, coach and develop team to ensure a productive and collaborative store
