We’re seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team to help with store operations, customer service and team development. This role involves assisting with daily store activities, providing excellent customer service, managing merchandise, processing corporate directives, maintaining store appearance, and supporting loss prevention efforts. The Assistant Store Manager will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, protecting company assets, and ensuring adherence to all company policies and procedures. Additionally, this role involves supervising, training, and developing store associates, fostering a positive and respectful environment, and performing other duties as assigned.
