About The Position

Join the Lovisa America team as an Assistant Store Manager! Lovisa is experiencing exciting growth with new store openings across America, and we are seeking passionate Sales Super Stars to join our expanding team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be a Lovisa ambassador, leading your team by example, sharing sales techniques, and achieving store KPIs. This role is ideal for individuals who see themselves as great leaders and aspire to advance their retail careers. Requirements

• Open availability for the retail work week.
• Must be 18 years and older.
• Store management experience for a retailer or hospitality.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high volume retail environment.
• Strong people management skills and thorough understanding of performance management.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• A proven track record of delivering results.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Passion for retail and fashion!
