Requirements

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Store Manager on daily store operations, including training, coaching, and managing employees.
Provide direction and oversight to technicians and assist as needed with services and repairs.
Support achievement of sales targets and profitability goals at the location.
Ensure the tire center operates in compliance with all company policies, procedures, and standards.
Identify process improvement opportunities and support the implementation of new initiatives and strategic goals.
Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment, merchandising, and loss prevention.
Regularly review safety protocols with the team and ensure consistent compliance with all safety procedures.
