We’re seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team to help with store operations, customer service and team development. This role involves assisting with store functions and day-to-day activities, providing positive customer interactions, organizing and managing merchandise, performing opening and closing procedures, processing corporate directives, maintaining store displays, assisting with inventory management, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment. The Assistant Store Manager also plays a key role in protecting company assets and ensuring adherence to all company policies and safety guidelines. Additionally, this position involves supervising, training, and developing store associates, fostering a positive and respectful work environment, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and presentability of the store.
