Responsibilities
- Supporting the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing the team
- Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and retaining top talent
- Creating a positive and engaging team culture
- Driving sales performance and delivering store goals
- Leading by example to provide exceptional customer experiences
- Supporting daily store operations, inventory management, and merchandising
- Maintaining high visual presentation standards
- Assisting with scheduling, payroll, and operational compliance
