About The Position

Now seeking Assistant Managers for Fulltime commitment, we need an open availability manager or a closing/evening manager. Inquire directly for more details. In this job position; you will help oversee daily operations while ensuring exceptional food service and hospitality management. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will utilize your core skills in staff training and team management to develop a high-performing team. Your skills in inventory control and POS systems will enhance operational efficiency. You will have a focus on customer service and communication, you will create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. This position is ideal for individuals eager to grow in the food service industry, with only moderate experience required.

  • Must have a driver's License and a reliable vehicle.
  • 2 years of Food Service Management required.
  • Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards.
  • Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee operations of the kitchen and delivery crew.
  • Receive Customer's orders over the phones, internet & over the counter.
  • Prepare & cook customer's orders in accordance with Domino's procedures and standards.
  • Kitchen maintenance. e.g., cleaning/maintaining cleanliness, stocking & rotating product, proofing dough, etc.
  • Administrative duties. e.g., inventory, food ordering, scheduling, running computer reports, entering operations evaluations, handling customer concerns, closing and opening the store plus addition clerical tasks, etc.
  • Deliver product by car and then to door of customer.
  • Deliver flyers and door hangers.
