We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager at our Limeridge Mall location in Hamilton, Ontario!

Requirements

At least 1 year of retail leadership experience
Passion for beauty and delivering exceptional customer experiences
Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, accountable, and solution-oriented mindset
Comfort using POS systems and basic computer programs
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

Support daily retail and salon operations to ensure a smooth, welcoming experience
Lead by example, coaching and motivating team members to achieve sales and service goals
Build strong relationships with customers, creating loyalty through consistent and memorable experiences
Assist with scheduling, payroll, inventory management, and customer appointment bookings
Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and beautifully merchandised salon that meets Chatters’ standards
Share product knowledge and support training, onboarding, and development of team members
Step in as a leader when needed, solving problems and making decisions that positively impact customers and the team
