About The Position

The Assistant Store Manager leads shift execution to ensure the store runs fast, clean, and friendly. This role involves on-shift leadership for the front of house, focusing on pace, cleanliness, guest experience, cash discipline, and team coaching. Success is measured by the ability to maintain a fast checkout experience, a spotless store environment, a friendly guest experience, accurate cash procedures, and presentable product recovery. The role also includes coaching direct reports through regular 1:1 meetings.

Responsibilities

Lead shift execution to ensure the store runs fast, clean, and friendly.
Serve as the on-shift leader for the front of house, responsible for pace, cleanliness, guest experience, cash discipline, and coaching the team.
Protect a fast checkout experience by shifting labor quickly and leading with urgency.
Maintain spotless store, restrooms, and outside areas throughout the shift.
Create a friendly, welcoming guest experience and help drive positive reviews.
Run accurate cash procedures with integrity and consistency.
Keep product recovered, faced, and presentable, and complete daily expired/damages pulls.
Coach direct reports through consistent monthly 1:1s with documented follow-up.
