Requirements

2+ years of customer service experience with a strong record of account management and customer satisfaction
Experience in inventory management, basic accounting, and branch operations
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-first mindset
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based tools
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

Nice To Haves

Industry experience in construction supply, tools, or industrial distribution preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus

Responsibilities

Lead and support front-end operations, including managing the counter sales team to drive add-on sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Coach and develop the counter sales team to improve efficiency and effectiveness in showroom and will-call activities.
Boost showroom performance by executing promotions, specials, and merchandising initiatives.
Help grow monthly will-call business through proactive customer engagement and service excellence.
Support administrative functions such as inventory control, sales support, and general branch operations.
Assist with maintaining branch organization, customer satisfaction, and operational consistency.
